What do I put for both incoming and outgoing mail server?

Email Client Settings

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP):
mail.yourdomain.com
(Replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name)
Port: 110
Protocol: IMAP (⚠️ Do NOT use POP3)

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 25 or 26

  • Use port 26 if port 25 is blocked (common in the EU, US, Australia, or while traveling).

Security

  • SSL/TLS:Do NOT use secure SSL settings

  • Only use SSL/TLS if you have purchased and installed a private SSL certificate

Notes

  • If mail.yourdomain.com isn't working (e.g. DNS changes), use the IP address or server hostname provided in your web hosting welcome email.

  • These settings also apply to addon domains and parked domains on your account.
