Are you able to receive emails but not send?
Or my emails worked in when I travelled abroad it stopped working?
If you aren't able to send email, this usually means one thing: your internet provider is blocking you from using anyone's outgoing mail servers but their own. Many major internet service providers (ISPs) in EU, US and Australia block port 25 (no such issues are reported), the channel used for communication between an email client and an email server, to prevent their internet connection from being used for spam.
When an email client that runs on your computer delivers messages, it uses port 25 to transmit data to remote email servers; therefore, if your ISP is blocking the port, your messages will not get through.
In order to work around this issue, we have opened Port 2625. The ISPs that block port 25 require their SMTP server to be used instead of the remote SMTP server; so you will need to change the outgoing mail server (SMTP) from the default Port 25 to Port 2625.
If you use Outlook (or any other email software/device), please be sure to select the option for Outgoing SMTP Server Requires Authentication. This is now required for our server security.

If your ISP is on this list or you believe port 25 is blocked, please open your settings in the application/device that cannot send emails and change the outgoing port from 25 to 2526.
