???? Re-registering Your Blackberry Device
Sometimes, you may need to re-register your device with your wireless network. Here's how:

Click the Blackberry Menu button.
-
Go to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table.
-
Press the Blackberry Menu button again and choose Register Now.
This will re-sync your PDA with your carrier's wireless network.
⚠️ For Older Blackberry Models — Resolving Email/Username Conflicts
If your email address is the same as your cPanel username and the passwords are the same, Blackberry Internet Service (BIS) might automatically sync to the default email address—not the one you intended.
The Fix:
-
Enter a false password when setting up the email.
-
This causes authentication to fail.
-
-
When prompted, choose:
-
"Re-enter account information" or
-
"Enter the settings manually".
-
-
Select “I will provide the settings to add this email account”.
-
Manually enter your full IMAP account details.
This will ensure BIS syncs with the correct email address.
